The Roche Investigator Engagement Platform was designed as a mobile, multimodal experience that brought critical study and site information into one accessible workspace. Investigators could use touch or voice to securely access their personalized dashboard, review messages, monitor tasks and milestones, complete training, retrieve documents, manage schedules, and coordinate with team members. Circular progress views made priorities and completion status immediately understandable, while personalized scorecards showed investigators how their activity compared with peers and enabled direct communication and encouragement.

By consolidating essential information and presenting it through simple, highly visual interactions, the solution was designed to reduce time spent searching across systems, increase the speed and accuracy of task completion, and give investigators greater confidence in managing their responsibilities. For clinical trial operators, it provided a more engaging way to encourage timely execution, strengthen accountability, and maintain momentum across studies, sites, and participant-related activities.
